The Burn Survivors Support Initiative (BSSI) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of burn patients and survivors through support, advocacy, education, and burn prevention initiatives. Founded by a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with firsthand experience in burn care, BSSI was established in response to the urgent need for comprehensive support systems for burn survivors and greater awareness of burn prevention in Nigeria and across Africa.
